Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in
building technical products within the car maintenance, workshop management and insurance
domain. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, product management
skills, and a deep understanding of the unique requirements and nuances of the Saudi market.
This individual will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and launching innovative products
that cater to the evolving needs of car owners and insurance providers in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and
challenges within the car maintenance, workshop management and insurance domain in Saudi
Arabia.
- Analyze competitor offerings and industry benchmarks to inform product strategy and
differentiation.
2. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market
dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
to prioritize features and enhancements.
3. Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring
alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Translate customer feedback, market insights, and regulatory requirements into actionable
product initiatives.
4. Product Development and Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely
delivery and high-quality execution.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical specifications, provide guidance,
and address technical challenges.
5. User Experience and Design:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces that
enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on product designs based on user feedback and insights.
6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and user
engagement.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and
enhancement.
7. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers,
partners, and vendors.
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap changes effectively to stakeholders
across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.- Proven minimum 4 years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the automotive, insurance, or financial services industry.- Deep understanding of the car maintenance and insurance landscape in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and market dynamics.- Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies, agile practices, and product management tools.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
