● Develop, manage, and monitor the company’s budget, making sure it aligns with our strategic goals.
● Develop short-term and long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
● Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Predicting future financial trends to report to management and stakeholders, providing advice on how future business decisions might be impacted.
● Identify financial risks and execute strategies that ensure the company's financial stability
● Effectively manage the company’s cash flow to maintain liquidity and ensure our financial processes' seamless operation.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other governmental policies and procedures such as those of the social insurance, labor office, etc...
● Prepare comprehensive financial reports and insights for senior management for decision-
making.
● Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
● Prepare and deliver financial presentations to the executive team and board of directors, providing key insights and recommendations.
● Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.● 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Manager or a similar role.● Professional finance qualification (or in pursuit) (e.g. CFA) is highly valued.● Strong knowledge of Finance principles, practices, and regulations.● Strong knowledge of social insurance, labor office, local taxes, and other necessary regulations and laws.● Proficiency in MS Excel.● Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Odoo).● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
