sales & business development team leader

  1. Continuous following up company sales and working on increasing the sales, and suggesting methods for sales performance development
  2. Achieving the sales target by selling company services through direct sales or tendering activities 
  3. Ensuring the implementation of companies, the business development plans and objectives and following the quarterly evaluation and statistics
  4. Collaborating with business development manager to set the goals for yearly business development plan
  5. Following up on closing deals and sales contracting
  6. Preparing and sending sales reports to Business Development Manager (monthly / quarterly)
  7. Responsibility for building long term business relationship with current and new clients
  8. Ensuring that the clients database is updated on a regular basis
  9. Following up clients’ contracts in Egypt & abroad
  10. Following up registering with Classification Societies in Egypt as per GM approval and requests 
  11. Following up proposal development and contracting process
  12. Supervising Business developer and Senior Business Developer
  13. Reviewing the prepared pre-qualifications in compliance with client requirements in Egypt & abroad and sending them to the Business Development Manager for the final approval
  14. Reviewing prepared request for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders in Egypt & abroad and sending them to the Business Development Manager for the final approval
  15. Following up company's recommendation letters in Egypt & abroad and report them to the Business Development Manager to take the appropriate decisions
  16. Sending marketing reports to Business Development Manager
  17. Keeping and maintaining all the sales records and all the paperwork that has to do with Business Development Department
  18. Reviewing the records of company's past experience in Egypt and branches and sending them to the Business Development Manager
  19. Conducting audits to ensure the updating of all documents and forms of the department on a regular basis.
  20. Reviewing prepared requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders in company’s branches if required.
  21. Reviewing the pre-qualifications in compliance with client requirements in branches in company’s branches if required.
  22. Additional duties as required within the limit of the position.

 


Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisorIn-depth knowledge of performance metricsGood PC skills, especially MS ExcelExcellent communication and leadership skillsOrganizational and time-management skillsDecision-making skillsDegree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
