Job Description:
-Installing operating system (Windows, hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance.
-Installing & configuring new computers, software and applications, projectors, printers, and other equipment as needed.
-Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network equipment.
-diagnose and resolve more complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting skills.
-Troubleshoot and resolve network, PC, and IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using domain controller.
-provide technical guidance and support to Level 1 Junior Technical Support specialists and other technical staff.
-collaborate with other teams such as development, networking, and operations to resolve technical issues.
-document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner, and they should be easily understandable by other technical staff and should include steps to reproduce the issue and the solution.
-resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related degree- Experience: 1 year .- Presentable & very good communication skills.- Very good command of English.-MCSA.-CCNA.- Preferred : Masr el gedida - Nasr city - El zayton residents.
