- Investigate and resolve data entry issues and provide support and troubleshooting for multiple applications.
- Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs.
- Refers major software problems to development department for correction.
- Utilize SQL to query databases for troubleshooting testing scenarios.
- Perform installations / updates to new / existing clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferable.Experience with SQL is a must.Experience in a customer-facing role.Experience with deploying different applications on various application servers.Experience with ERP or HMS systems is a huge plus.Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.Excellent communication skills.Very Good command of English.
