  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain the salary adjustment file on the monthly basis, finalize and submit monthly payroll for further financial approval.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities.
  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
  • Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks.
  • Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
  • Preparing statements for the establishment of bank accounts for the bank and signing the new employees of the forms and forms of the bank and handing them over to the bank and following up with them, receiving and receiving cards and distributing them to the employees.

3 Years of Experience in the Human Recourses field.Bachelor Degree.+1 years of experience specifically in HR with a payroll focus.Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of accounting basics and payroll best practices.Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.Proficient in MS Office especially advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of relevant software and databases..
