About the job:Perform periodic evaluation activities on all plants and Mega DCs’ financial KPIs’ and operations, such as warehouse management, procurement, human resources, fleet, and security, to enhance the company's activities and procedures.Key Accountabilities:1. Plants and Mega DCs’ Assessment:Understanding Plants’ and Mega DC’s’ financial processes and KPIs’, and warehouse management, procurement, human resources, fleet, and security.2. Financial cycles:Costing, inventory control, fixed assets, and cash disbursements.3. Inventory management cycles:Receiving raw materials and spare parts.Physical count for all inventories (Spare parts, raw materials, finished goods, chemicals, etc.)4. Human Resources:Employees’ files and regulatory requirements.Third-party labor control.Training programs.5. Assessing plants’ & Mega DC’s’ financial KPI results (budgeted vs. actual) in relation to accuracy and areas where process improvement is needed.6. Review cycles and transactions and propose recommendations with reference to the CCH Standard.7. Support in assessing projects implemented in Plants’ & Mega DC’s.8. Communicate the assessment results and discuss the action plan with management.9. Follow up on action plan execution.10. Conduct a monthly executive summary to represent the most common issue status compared with previous months, taking into consideration the financial.11.
