- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain department related reports and dashboards to provide insights on department performance and different critical pillars

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality AssuranceA degree in IT / Computer ScienceProven experience in eliciting requirements and testingExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsSolid experience in writing SQL queriesBasic knowledge in generating process documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
