To manage the process of generating contemporary and accurate solutions for different organizations towards fully accessible and inclusive locations for PWDs.
- Develop and modify departmental work plans and project plans.
- Monitor, evaluate and report updates for existing and new plans.
- Handle the communication process related to existing and new plans internally and externally.
- Monitor projects budgeting and ensure all financial related documents are updated regularly.
- Handle the on-the-job training process for new team members such as accessibility auditors and Interns.
- Assign and delegate tasks for team members (accessibility auditors, site engineers).
- Guide and coach the accessibility auditors on both physical and digital accessibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the accessibility auditors.
- Handle buildings accessibility assessment process end to end.
- Consult and present accessibility solutions for external parties.
- Review, comment and approve accessibility auditing reports for accessibility auditors.
- Review all accessibility documents before sharing with external parties.
- Provide expert guidance on accessibility standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement accessible solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest accessibility technologies and trends
QualificationsAcademic Bachelor's degree in architecture (urban design major). AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are must. Photoshop is a plus. Experience 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the accessibility field. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines. Creative thinker and a proactive researcher.
