You will work as Regional Technical Services Engineer. This position will be part of Technical Services department. What You Will Do

•Create technical reports and presentations.
•Conduct technical activities and create static calculations, thermal stress analysis reports, and Acoustic Data calculations.
•Communicate and support cross-functional commercial and sales team members with all the necessary technical inquiries.
•Ability to communicate with customers to ensure all relative data is available for generating reports/calculations and understand their needs by asking relevant questions.
•To be the contact person and act as a technical consultant to our direct/ indirect customers.
•Tracking and creating CRM engagement through "Salesforce".
•Involved in all ways of communication to provide the most accurate and suitable technical support services.
•Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing ongoing technical services.
•Facilitate coordination with the regional sales teams in order to expand business volume.
•Evaluate the feasibility of designs based on client requirements and constraints
•Perform calculations related to architectural, or engineering projects

Skills

•Background in architectural engineering.
•Experience in architectural engineering; with a related technical background in "Aluminium, Facade Design, Cladding, and Glazing"
•Advanced proficiency in written & spoken English.
•Good knowledge of making technical recommendations and managing projects.
•Proficient in preparing and interpreting architecture documents, including drawings and specifications.
•Strong ability to perform calculations related to architectural, or engineering projects.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Experience in reviewing technical work products and preparing drafts of technical documents.
•Competence in developing specifications for architectural, or engineering projects.
•Demonstrated capability to manage projects from initial planning to completion.
•Creative problem-solving skills for architectural and/or engineering challenges.

What Will Put You Ahead

•Experience with (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Structural Analysis, Glass Design Analysis)
•Green Building Certification "LEED, BREEAM, Well,....etc"
•Ability to work in pressure and dynamic customer-oriented environment.
•Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
•Good communication & teamwork skills.
•Good time management and prioritization
•Negotiation & Analytical skills plus Attention to details.
•Able to work in 10th of Ramadan city for 4 days/week in office and 1 days per/week from home
