Export Manager

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential customers and competitors.
  • Manage the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading, negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements, liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and negotiate terms of contracts with international importers/distributors in export markets to ensure profitability and maintain competitive pricing.
  • Work closely with the production parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents, and vendors.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the company's services.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing export activities.Fluent English is a must.Experience with at least most of the markets “Europe, Middle east, far east and African countries.”Full awareness of Sales, logistics, compliance with national and international trade. regulations, governmental regulations for importing and exporting.Previous work experience in Trading, Heavy Equipment, Construction, or Manufacturing.(Turbines, Pumps, Oil & Gas, Drilling, Dredging, Marine - Piers and ports)Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and managerial skills.Strong Analytical skills.Cairo Residets (Company Location : Nasr City)
