Position Overview: As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission while taking charge of a remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire a group of dedicated fundraising professionals, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. This is a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a remote team in executing effective fundraising and charity campaigns.- Develop strategic plans to achieve fundraising goals.- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to the management.- Propose creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.- Stay informed about best practices in fundraising.Qualifications:- Proven experience in call center leadership, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Previous experience in Fundraing sector preferable.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Comfortable using virtual communication tools and technology.- Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising software is a plus.- Passion for our mission and values. Requirements:- High-speed and stable internet connection.- Good level of Arabic and English both spoken and written.- Possess high-quality headphones.- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.- Willingness to participate in virtual meetings and events.- Previous remote work experience is preferred.
