  • Develops and implements an annual HR Strategic Plan, objectives and collaborates with the management in setting the HR’s annual budget.
  • Manages HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and disciplinary investigations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change.
  • Establishes, in collaboration with the Department Heads, the manpower plan and ensures its fulfillment throughout the year while complying with the set recruitment standards and process to find the most suitable talents.
  • Manages the timely execution of the Competency-based Performance Management System for all company employees and analyses performance trends to present them to the management team while highlighting the required actions, succession plans and training needs across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree from any discipline and additional post-graduate certification is preferred.Experience in food and beverage industry is a MUST!Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HR.
