About This Opportunity :
- Developing and implementing methods for testing new products or improving existing products by designing experiments that test product performance in different environments. (Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification, Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes)
- Troubleshooting problems with existing products to identify causes of defects or failures.(Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output)
- Analyzing financial reports in order to find root causes for efficiency increase.
- Creating detailed plans for the manufacturing process to ensure that it will be successful.
- Conducting experiments to test new materials or designs for products such as machinery or chemical compounds.
- Working with customers or clients to determine their needs and create solutions that meet those needs.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently. (Perform process simulations)
- Conducting research on new materials or methods that could improve product performance.
- Analyzing data to develop manufacturing processes that meet customers’ needs while minimizing costs of production.
- Ensuring production has no defects (time loss / reworks / waste / overconsumption) by 100 % compliance to Evyap line effectiveness and quality standards in manufacturing.
Requirements and skills:BSC degree in Engineering (industrial Engineering is a plus)Proven work experience in process engineering 5-7 years.Excellent technical skillsEngineering with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, productivity, and quality assurance standardsExperience in process simulationsWorking knowledge of process engineering software packagesFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsAnalytical thinker with interpersonal skillsWho We Are?With more than 4,000 employees and export business to more than 100 countries, EVYAP’s success story started in a small atelier in Erzurum in 1927.
