We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Some of the job responsibilities
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of staff.
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Accountable for all warehouse stocks.
- Assure stock management of time movements as per business needs.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of all warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Implementing the 6S methodology.
5+ years of work experience As a Regional Warehouse Manager position. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.Supply Chain courses or certifications are a plus.Ability to operate a forklift effectively.Proficient computer skills.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Strong people skills.Available to work extended hours.Valid driver's license.
