- Opens new markets and new customers to maintain sales targets and company strategy.
- Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Develops and updates customer database.
- Develops and enhance relationships with customers and shipping and distribution agencies.
- Manages sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Follows up with customers till the orders are received on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaises with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stays up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Reviews pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Suggests sales process improvements.
- Handles and supports opening new markets for the Food.
- Willing to travel and conduct market analysis and distributor evaluations.
- Handles export operation logistics follow-up with concerned individuals
BS degree in Marketing, Business administration degree, or any relevant field.Proven work experience in Export sales in FMCG (Food products). Experience in Africa + Middle east is essential.Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication skills.Analytical and multitasking skills.Teamwork and motivational skills.Very Good Command of English.
