- Must have experience in Working in the Interior Finishing Field, Technical Office and Technical Coordinator
- Create BOQ and Quantity Surveying and produce full technical drawings for the project
- Explain the work process and method of Statements for the Subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the Site team by providing them the necessary Drawings , documents and samples.
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals and Interior Solutions
- Produce detailed Engineering Drawings and Design Packages to ensure the perfect execution of the Design
- Compile project specifications and reports
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
