Our client, a leading online retailer known for its unique and fragrant jewelry and bath and beauty product collections, seeks a Shopify Manager with strong B2C experience. This role involves creating Shopify products, writing compelling product descriptions optimized for keywords, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth integration between Shopify and the ERP system (Fishbowl experience is highly advantageous).The successful candidate will launch products, create product bundles, provide marketing support, and have excellent English skills. Operating in the EST zone, this role requires a proactive approach to manage technical issues and optimize the online store.Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM ESTKey Responsibilities:Product Launch and Optimization: Strategically launch new products and modify offerings based on performance analytics. Marketing Support: Provide assistance with marketing efforts as needed to enhance product visibility and sales. Shopify Product Management: Create products in Shopify, write SEO-optimized product descriptions, and manage keyword optimization. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, including creating product bundles, and utilize ERP systems like Fishbowl and middleware software for multi-channel sales management. Shopify/ERP Integration: Ensure efficient operation and synchronization between Shopify and ERP systems, promptly addressing technical issues. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives to boost product visibility and sales. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize spreadsheets, pivot tables, and BI tools like PowerBI for merchandising data analysis, sales planning, and inventory forecasting. Multi-Channel Sales Management: Manage sales across various channels, including D2C, Marketplaces, and B2B, leveraging middleware software like Sellware. Shopify Customization: Customize Shopify through theme changes or app installations for product bundling and add-ons. What Success Looks Like:Optimized Product Listings: Products are presented attractively with SEO-optimized descriptions, improving search visibility and sales. Efficient Inventory Management: Effective management of inventory levels and product bundles, ensuring availability and variety. Seamless System Integration: Shopify and ERP systems run smoothly, with any technical issues addressed quickly. Effective Product Strategy: Successful product launches and adjustments that reflect market trends and customer preferences. Qualifications:Extensive B2C experience, particularly in an online retail environment. Proficiency in Shopify platform management, keyword optimization, and customization. Experience with ERP systems and middleware software like Sellware for multi-channel sales management. Skilled in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and creating pivot tables. Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, ClickUp) or similar applications. Experience in analyzing merchandising data and generating reports with tools like PowerBI for sales planning and inventory forecasting. Knowledge in product pricing and discounting strategies. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Must be able to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
