We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Engineer to join our furniture company. As an Export Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets. Your expertise in furniture products, strong technical knowledge, and excellent sales skills will contribute to expanding our global customer base and increasing export revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand sales of furniture products in international markets.
  • Identify and target potential customers and markets for export sales.
  • Conduct market research to assess market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer preferences in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, distributors, and agents in international markets.
  • Present and demonstrate furniture products to customers, addressing their technical inquiries and requirements.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to international customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our furniture products and expand our business networks.


 


Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A specialization in international business or marketing is preferred.Proven experience in export sales of furniture or related products.Strong technical knowledge of furniture design, manufacturing processes, and materials.Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.Familiarity with export regulations, documentation, and logistics processes.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and partnerships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify market opportunities and address customer needs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Willingness to travel internationally to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and build business relationships.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
