Responsibilities include analysis, reporting, KYC, supporting existing client relationships, building new business and penetrating new clients with various Payments products. The team works closely with the Global Corporate Bank and Investment Bank teams to manage bank-wide client relationships.As an Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the dynamic and fast-growing Egypt & North Africa portfolio of Banks. This role will enhance your Payments knowledge through thoughtful engagement with our Clients providing account, liquidity, Foreign Exchange (FX) and trade finance solutions.You will be joining a well-established front office team within the JPMorgan Cairo Office. As an Analyst you will work closely with Payments team to support our Clients on all aspects of their Payments journey. In this role, you will coordinate with internal colleagues to manage deals from inception through to completion. This is a fast paced and diverse role that involves supporting our existing Clients and in parallel, identifying new business opportunities through regular Client engagements, conferences and connectivity within the payments community.Job ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Payments team, Product, Client Services, Implementation and Operational teams to provide the best-in-class service to our ClientsSupport the internal teams and Clients during the on-boarding process including Know your Client (KYC) processes, product and billing set upPrepare and collate internally client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio management reporting, strategy sessions and marketing material (pitch books, presentations, and slip sheets)Run Client-focused internal projects, conduct research on existing Client portfolios and prospective ClientsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsUnderstanding of Payments, Treasury, and the wider FIG landscape, both commercially, as well as regulatory; and a desire and willingness to learn moreFirst class English & Arabic communication skills both written and oral with confidence to speak with all levels of seniority.
