Job Description
Responsible for:
- Developing new products and improving existing products
- Working with marketing and technical team to determine and establish new projects, products, process and SOPs.
- Assessment of ingredients, benefits, costing and legality.
- Developing the specifications of the raw materials and packaging materials.
- Developing the products’ shelf-life studies.
- Performing Ingredients for Dairy , Bakery & F&F Products.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree of Agriculture ( Dairy Science or FMCG back ground ).Alexandria resident is MUST.knowledge of food safety principles is a must.Scientific internet searching experience is a must.Good Analytic SkillsHigh presentation skills.Project management and problem-solving skills.
