Our client, a leading online retailer known for its unique and fragrant jewelry and bath and body products, seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager who epitomizes the essence of a well-rounded marketing generalist. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with hands-on experience in email marketing, particularly using Klaviyo, and/or advertising on platforms like Meta/Facebook, with Google Ads being a beneficial addition. Proficiency in Shopify, including theme and app customization, is also a huge advantage. A background in design, using tools like Adobe Suite/Photoshop or Canva, and copywriting skills are highly desirable.The role requires fluency in English, the ability to work in the EST timezone, and experience with Notion and Slack. Proficiency in social media automation, landing page design, conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, and search engine optimization (SEO) will also be considered significant assets.Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM ESTKey Responsibilities:Email Marketing & Advertising: Directly manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Paid Ads: Oversee advertising efforts on Meta/Facebook, with the ability to extend into Google Ads. Marketing Strategy: Craft detailed marketing briefs for content creators and designers, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Marketing Brief Creation: Develop concise marketing briefs for content creators and designers, aligned with email marketing and advertising strategies. Shopify Management: Create compelling offers and discounts on the Shopify platform. Marketing Calendar Coordination: Collaborate with the CEO to plan and execute marketing calendars. Content Approval: Oversee the approval process for written and visual content. Social Media Management: Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Publer for social media automation and posting. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing efforts. Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including tracking performance and optimizing for results. Content Creation & Approval: Oversee the creation and approval process for both written and visual content, applying strong design and copywriting skills. Conversion & Optimization: Develop landing pages and employ conversion rate optimization strategies, including A/B testing, to improve campaign performance. SEO: Implement search engine optimization techniques to enhance online visibility and audience reach. What Success Looks Like:Effective Campaigns: Successful execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Seamless Collaboration: Productive partnerships with content creators, designers, and external agencies. Increased Engagement: Growth in audience engagement through strategic offers and social media presence. Qualifications:Must-Have Skills:Generalized marketing experience with a focus on either Klaviyo, Meta/Facebook, Shopify, or all of them. Very good copywriting skills. Fair design skills. (Adobe Suite/Photoshop or Canva) Excellent English fluency. Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience in social media automation, landing page design, conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing, and SEO. Familiarity with project management tools Notion and Slack.
