This is a full-time role from 12 pm to 8 pm for an Implementation Officer. He/She will be covering 6th October areas, and responsible for the following:
- Ensure the successful execution of customer implementation, onboarding and delivery of our current and future product offerings.
- Guarantee a smooth adoption and integration of the software application into our customer's existing business workflow and train them on it.
- Following up and assisting customers during both the pre- and post-sale journey with our product.
- Setting the online meetings to learn about and address the customers' needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Bachelor's degree, and the year of graduation should be 2020, 2021 or 2022.Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing in English and Arabic.Ability to train the various categories of clinic's employees smoothly and efficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
