We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited to solve challenging problems. At Trella, we are reinventing and disrupting the Freight market.What Success will look like in this role:As a tenured Senior Product Manager, you are familiar with the product development lifecycle. You exhibit high proficiency and efficacy in core product management disciplines such as defining user stories, priorities, success metrics, presenting a vision that works backward from customers, and are comfortable driving clarity across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. A successful candidate will combine an ability to Dream Big with keen attention to detail. We are looking for a passionate, data-driven decision-maker who likes building from scratch, experimenting, and setting high standards. You have a high degree of ownership and are an excellent written and verbal communicator, who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.What You'll Do:Using data-driven methodologies to match trucker needs with network opportunitiesDefining and communicating product vision and plan from conception to launch.Analyzing the results of a launch and creating the plan to iterate and build new features.Prioritizing features based on business impact and available resources.Proactively filling communication gaps amongst all team members.Contributing to technical conversations around deadlines and engineering solutions.Driving product research priorities for the research team.Making magic out of the complicated and antiquated freight industry through intense focus on simplification and shipping minimal viable products.What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree or higher.5+ years of experience in product management, working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements.Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion of large-scale operational or technical projects.Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to manage metrics, drive feature prioritization, and implement business cases.Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and has a reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Experience:Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders and leaders at all levels.Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with exceptional attention to detail.What We Offer: Getting invaluable experience by joining the Forbes Middle East's top 50 most funded start-ups in MENA.Proud to be a company that promotes Diversity & Inclusion.Flexible working hours.Ability to rest up with annual vacation days.Biannual performance review.Development opportunities in a rapidly growing multinational company.Supporting our colleagues to build and grow themselves through Learning & Development initiatives
