We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Moderator & Sales Coordinator to join our creative team in NextGen.  

  • Work with the content team to deliver the content ideas and calendar, to brainstorm strategies and create engaging social media content, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
  • Respond to all customers' comments, and messages across social media channels in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about products or services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Create and manage all social media platforms and optimize our platforms according to our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Operations teams to brainstorm strategies and create engaging social media content.
  • Provide reports regularly for the customer's feedback and reviews to discover new opportunities and to update the FAQs regularly.
  • Initiating outbound calls to promote products or services.
  • Documenting sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information accurately in CRM systems.
  • Working towards achieving or exceeding sales targets, and (KPIs) set by the sales manager or organization.
  • Following up with customers to nurture relationships, build rapport, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Bsc degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or any discipline.Previous experience in social media management, sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable, experience with Salesforce (Reporting) preferred.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales processes.Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and engagement metrics.Proven ability to initiate outbound calls to promote products or services and effectively communicate product features and benefits.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to social media and sales activities.Experience in generating reports and analyzing customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize social media and sales strategies.Ability to handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.Experienced in Nutrition and Supplements product preferred, but not a must.Working Conditions:Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMWork Location: El Haram st - Giza (On site is a Must)We are offering you: Excellent working environment.Comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
