- Qualifying Leads: Engage in activities such as making cold calls, conducting prospect research, and communicating with leads via live chat to assess lead viability.
- Making Discovery Calls: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their interest in our offerings.
- Preparing Presentations: Develop compelling presentations to communicate the value of our solutions effectively.
- Competitor Research: Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, sales figures, and customer bases to understand our market position.
- Customer Analysis: Conduct surveys, reach out directly to customers for insights, analyze customer data for trends, and understand target demographics or professional segments.
