Job Background:              

ATEC (Arabian Telecontrol Engineering) is and engineering and projects company specialized in the design, procurement, installation and commissioning/startup of valve actuators of various types and sizes for both green field and brown field projects. 

The projects execution involves interface and coordination with various stakeholders (Contractors, Vendors and Plant Owners). The business covers utilities, power and oil and gas industries.

Detailed Job roles, skills and expectations:               

1. Coordination between the Project Manager and other Departments and Parties to ensure timely availability of all work pre-requisites including resource availability, coordination with all stakeholders (Client, Contractors, Vendors…etc.)
2. Good commination skills and ability to pass clear messages through meeting minutes, e-mails, reports, memos, phone calls…etc.
3. Look ahead planning mindset and capability
4. Strong follow up attitude, spotting hurdles, issues and getting the tasks moving through resolution of such hurdles and issues.
5. Friendly attitude and team spirit with non-toxic behaviors and attitudes in the work environment
6. Organized approach to work assignments, defining priorities and defining the optimum execution scenarios.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to diversified tasks and work instructions.
8. Basic planning skills including, defining the scope of work, interfaces between various activities and the specific activities needs for streamlined work progress.
9. Defining site work requirements (required resources, work instructions and procedures, HSE requirement, Permit to Work…)
