- Provide customers with the organization’s service and information.
- Manage inbound, outbound calls
- Appointment Confirmations and Scheduling.
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging.
- Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and updates them in the CRM.
- Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Follow up complicated customer calls where required.
- Identify, escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management.
- Researching required information using available resources.

- Morning shift 09:00 Am – 04:00 PM
- Night shift 03:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Shifts (rotational) every week
- Fixed 1 Day Off (Friday)
- Appointment Confirmations in Friday for 1 time on month from 12 PM – 7 PM
