- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
- Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
- Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors
- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
- Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
- Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.Experience: 10+ experience in export, Home Appliance including at least 2 years in management position.Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent knowledge of market data and dynamicsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop business relationshipsExcellent English
