Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Collaborate with other company executives and staff to align marketing and business development efforts

Market Position Enhancement:

  • Work diligently to improve Unicaf's market position and stimulate financial growth
  • Continuously analyse market trends, providing valuable feedback to adapt strategies

Operational Coordination:

  • Organise and coordinate operations to optimise productivity
  • Ensure that brand messaging remains consistent across all activities

Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads
  • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics to foster sales growth

Customer Insight and Relationship Management:

  • Gather and analyse customer insights to shape marketing strategies
  • Cultivate deep relationships with external stakeholders to expand market share

Budget Management:

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field   
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development roles, with a track record of driving results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Creativity and a strategic mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
