  • Develop and implement effective export sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the export sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and explore new international markets to expand the company's presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners globally.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage all documentation related to export transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements to senior management.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration with courses in export sales, background in the FMCG industrySkills:Advanced Leadership skills.Communicating efficiencyChampioning customer needs. Driving results.Building and supporting teamsNegotiation skillsKnowledge of foreign markets procedures and policies Good awareness of financial and commercial management Logistics management Business development English fluent and other language will be an asset. Good Organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).SAP Experience is Preferred Experience:10+ years relevant experience in export including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.Location: 10th Of Ramadan City
