  • Review manpower plans, identify needs to address current and future occupational gaps.
  • Develop talent Acquisition plans that Identify and target key talent pools, in addition to align with the company's overall business goals.
  •  Ensure the implementations of Talent acquisition Policies and procedures across the group.
  •  Maintain and update candidate database for all occupations 
  •  Lead the recruitment process for all open positions, including developing job posts, screening, testing and conducting interviews.
  •  Develop and implement onboarding and training programs.
  •  Manage the talent acquisition budget. 
  •  Track and analyze recruitment KPI metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administrationPost graduate studies in HR field are highly recognized is a plusSkills:Communicating efficiencyChampioning customer needs. Driving results.Building and supporting teams.knowledge of recruitment procedureinterviewing skillsgood knowledge of job analysisknowledge of employee assessment and evaluation systemsNetworking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.SAP Experience is PreferredExperience:7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the FMCG industry
