- Strategic Advisory Role:
-Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering financial guidance on key initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
-Provide support in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic partnerships.
Strategic Financial Planning:
-Play a key role in the development of the company's annual budget and long-term financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads and executives.
-Provide strategic insights to support the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy. - Financial Analysis and Reporting:
-Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
-Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, to highlight key performance metrics and support decision-making.
- Business Partnering:
-Collaborate with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
-Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, offering financial expertise and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Risk Management:
-Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
-Work closely with the risk management team to ensure alignment between financial strategies and overall risk management objectives. - Process Improvement:
-Continuously evaluate and improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
-Implement best practices in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA is often preferred).-5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A.-Proven experience in team management and leadership.-Strong analytical and quantitative skills.-Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.-Excellent communication and presentation skills.-Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems.-Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
