Responsible for managing and maintaining SAFE systems infrastructure. Ensure that the systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. Troubleshoot issues and work with other IT professionals to implement new technology solutions. Creating and maintaining documentation related to Safe systems. Designing and implementing disaster recovery plans and conducting regular system backups. Main Responsibilities: Manage and maintain server hardware and software, including operating systems, virtualization technologies, and storage systems. Install and monitor servers in different operating systems (Windows and Linux). Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure servers and virtual machines in the cloud and on-premises data centers. Install, maintain, patch, and upgrade software applications and operating systems. Maintain Anti-Virus Protection software, Enterprise Backup Services/Solutions, File sharing, Email Archiving Services/Solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Servers. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including hardware and software failures. Implement and enforce security protocols and measures to protect company data and systems. Implement disaster recovery site and data migration. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Create and maintain technical documentation and low-level design for the existing environment. Create and maintain Server Policies and Servers Security Standards. Provide technical support to end-users and assist with user training as needed. Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in system administration. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MCSE, RHCE, or VCP, are a plus. 4+ years of experience.
