· Serve as the main point of contact between clients and sales
· Call potential clients for feedback
· Evaluate marketing campaigns quality
· Analyze and evaluate existing and new data
· Update resale inventory
· Take inbound calls and make outbound calls as per requested
· Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure great client experience
· Checkup regularly on clients to ensure they're satisfied with the company and the sales team.
· Address any concerns or issues a client may have and work to resolve them
· Follow up with the clients for their contracts

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role1 year experience at least in real estate field is must.Very Good to Excellent in EnglishExcellent use of MS Office (Word & Excel).Excellent Communication skills.
