Responsibilities:
- Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirements with project/product stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
- Evaluate, analyze, and maintain systems requirements.
- Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDs and manage the solution features backlog.
- Perform detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.
- Instructs and trains users on the use of ERP solutions.
- Receive The Updates and New Customization.
- Complete the Test Process.
- Handle a full Implementation Process.
- Following the meetings, develop projects plan and schedule.
- Troubleshoot and respond to requests by providing detailed resolutions to supported Employees, Escalate the issues and new Requests need Development process to Developers Team.
- Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree.- In-depth knowledge, and excellent track records in implementing and supporting Odoo.- Experience in ERP Module Implementation and Support preferred in Odoo ERP.- Have an Experience with various ERP systems.- Good understanding of business and operational processes including Finance, Warehouse/inventory, Sales/purchase, point of sale….- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Very good communication and teamwork skills.
