  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture sales opportunities with the objective of maximizing sales.
  • Conduct analysis to understand commercial opportunities by looking at client segmentation and detailed performance measures across countries to help identify improvement areas within our operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.
  • Deliver the necessary presentation to new clients to improve SGGE market position and achieve financial growth.
  • Take full advantage of long-standing customer relations to effect referrals, to network within key international glass clients, and to provide marketing intelligence with regard to trends, new developments and competitor activity.
  • Understand current state of sales productivity, establish metrics to drive sales enablement and make recommendations to increase efficiency across commercial teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all current and future regulations and legislation pertaining to the glass/construction industry and trends.
  • Provide feedback and insights to senior management to improve business processes.
  • Ensure Business Development is done in accordance with Saint-Gobain Principles of Conduct and Action (PCA) and in full compliance with group internal control measures. 
  • Actively engage in new product initiatives
  • Representing the company in conferences and exhibitions and supporting national marketing initiatives

BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration with sound commercial skills.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a progressive and successful career to-date, culminating in a Senior Sales or Business Development role.Knowledge of CRM “customer relationship management software” is a plus.Experience within FMCG /Engineering/ construction industry
