NOK is Currently hiring for a well-known ecommerce company.
Handle incoming chats, telephone contacts, and solve them in a timely manner and efficient manner
Working Hours are 8 productive Hours + 1 Hr Of break (Total 9 Hrs.) with Rotational Shifts and OFFs (During Ramadan the daily required HRS of work will vary which will be communicated later)
For Permanent profiles Preferably tenured (No undergraduates to be hired)
Medical Insurance to be covered by the company as per Noon medical Insurance policy.
Post 6 months noon might recommend for transfer employee to noon( No additional fee will be incurred on us for this movement)
Annual leave, Sick, and Maternity as per Egyptian labor law
Social insurance Coverage with the maximum ceiling according to the gross salaries as per law
REQUIREMENT:
Experience of working in inbound calls/chats in E-commerce, Quick Commerce and or FMCG
1-3 years of relevant experience preferably
Structured case writing
Strong problem-solving, communication and team player
Fluent in English and Arabic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
