- Prepare TORs and tender dossier in addition to all required documents for launching tenders such as the estimated cost.
- Prepare integrated feasibility studies and pre-feasibility studies including quotes for targeted projects in different fields and regions.
- Set a general concept for any proposed project include all technical details for targeted development in each modules.
- Revises technically all deliverables against TOR in cooperation with department director.
- Field visits for targeted projects in coordination with IMC team.
- Prepare progress report per month.
- Evaluate completed projects in accordance with TOR in order to assess their impact and success stories.
- Act as a mentor for junior department staff in any technical issues.
Assignment Project Duration
The expert assignment duration 3 months.
Requirements Consultant qualifications:General professional experience: 20 years’ experience in tender dossier.Specific professional experience: 25 years’ experience in consulting for establishing and/or Support implementing feasibility study - technical studies according to targeted projects.Food and dairy technology.Share in international projects and programs.Successful completion of at least 5 similar assignments.Certificate proving the professional experience in this fieldQualification documents to be assured that the expert is relevant to the above mentioned requirements Reports The Consultant shall deliver:A consolidated work plan with a time schedule for all phases of studies with reference to specific activities.Feasibility studies deliverables.Technical studies reports & deliverables.Pre-feasibility studies reports and supported documents.
