- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Collaborates with the reservation team to check on the hotels’ rates, and book upon the guests’ confirmation, and the flights team to book flight tickets.
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Researches various destinations to find the most appealing and budget-friendly options for customers.
- Keeps abreast of industry news and developments to ensure that the company is offering the latest and greatest products.
- Processes payments and handles all customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Handles all administrative tasks related to tour operations.
- Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Stays within the allocated budget for each tour while still providing a high level of service.
- Promotes the company’s tours through various marketing channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
