The Safety Supervisor should manage and implement the company’s security policies procedures programs plans and systems to provide adequate protection to people assets reputation and products of the company for visitor control employee identification and safeguard of the organization facilities equipment and materials to ensure personnel and protection
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure SOP’s are implemented and identify any gaps to communicate to management.
- Prepare a QA/QC system to implement during continuous audits to ensure service is provided as per required standard and agreed SLA’s
- Ensure effective dissemination and communication on health and safety guidelines.
- Develop a training manual and roll out to train all guards across all locations.
- Conduct and update risk and threat assessments and provide early warnings regarding any threats that could affect the business.
- Provide support for the professional development of subordinates.
- Review and conduct performance evaluations for security staff.
- Select and train security employees.
- Motivate security employees to achieve objectives.
Special Certification or Training Required: N/ARequired Industry Experience: 4 years of experience Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suiteLanguage Requirements: Excellent command of English
