Job Summary:
Analyze, negotiate, prepare, and revise contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research/surveys to identify the optimum contracting rates, terms, and conditions.
- Build strong relationships with all hotels’ reservation/sales management by following the company guidelines.
- Respond to bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Source new hotels and service providers in different targeted destinations, as well as take the lead to open new destinations.
- Analyze all requirements & provisions in the contracts to ensure their integrity.
- Analyze the other market competitors’ offered products.
- Follow up on the product through all the phases (starting from commercial until it goes live).
Proven record with the same managerial level in a tourism & travel firm.Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline (preferred in hotels & tourism management).Hands-on hotel & hospitality industry background, market trends, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills (communications, negotiation, leadership, analytical, decision-making, and team management skills).Hands-on experience in both contracting modules (static & dynamic) is a must.A tech-savvy and multi-tasking candidate familiar with all related trending technologies with excellent command of English.
