-Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored for the Egypt branch.
-Design and implement the organizational structure for the HR department at the Egypt branch.
Team Recruitment and Development:
-Lead the recruitment process for HR team members in Egypt.
-Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and foster a collaborative team culture.
-Develop and deliver training programs for the HR team.
Payroll and Compensation:
-Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
-Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages for employees in Egypt.
Government Relations:
-Build and maintain positive relations with local government authorities.
-Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
Strategic Planning:
-Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the specific objectives of the Egypt branch.
-Formulate a comprehensive HR strategy to support the growth and development of the branch.
Employee Relations:
-Oversee employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment in the Egypt branch.
-Implement employee engagement initiatives tailored for the local context.
Compliance and Legal:
-Ensure HR practices comply with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
-Develop and maintain HR policies in line with local best practices.
Benefits Administration:
-Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance within the Egyptian market.
-Effectively communicate benefits information to employees at the Egypt branch.
