p style=\"font-family: Arial;\">We're looking for a Food & Beverage Server to serve, sell and create a meaningful experience for our Guest. 

What will I be doing?

To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:

  • You are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver a memorable guest experience
  • You will be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings, providing recommendations
  • Follow appropriate steps of service to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction
  • Ensure floor stations are stoked with appropriate par stocks
  • Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues, and work with management to ensure guest satisfaction if faced with guest recovery situation
  • Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manor
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Strive to achieve departmental targets
  • Ensure cleanliness of work areas 

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years serving in elevated restaurants  
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Empathy & ability to create win-win situations for guest recovery
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft office software, POS system, Reservation system, and other related applications
  • Flexible schedule, must be able to work Evenings and weekends
  • Smart Serve Certified
