Drive the strategic development of our business areas with a focus on e-mobility, cyber security and diagnostic solutions. Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth. Analyze the market and identify new potential customers. Identify partnership opportunities. Build new relationships to grow the business and support the expansion of the company. Independently acquire new customers (OEM/Tier 1) and new projects for existing customers. Identifying/following the latest technologies and trends for new and existing customers. Representing the company at trade fairs, trade conferences and events. Continuous expansion of your network and good overview of changes and opportunities in the market environment. Requirements- Mandatory: Experience in the development of software for the automotive industry (Tier1/OEM). Sound technical education (FH, Uni) in the fields of mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree. Several years of experience in business development or technical sales with a high level of customer orientation. Willingness to travel coupled with intercultural understanding. Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiating skills. Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken. Perfect knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point.
