Our intern will gain a huge experience in:
- Manage large number of customers calls in addition to messages and comments on company’s different social media platforms
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and help generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Communicating customers complaints to the right department and following up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, complaints and surveys.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
