Our intern will gain a huge experience in:

  • Manage large number of customers calls in addition to messages and comments on company’s different social media platforms
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and help generate sales leads 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide customers with accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner. 
  • Communicating customers complaints to the right department and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, complaints and surveys.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
