CRM Agent

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

• Cater to client queries by providing accurate data using appropriate communication channels.

• Adhere to strict deadlines for solving project-related issues and provide appropriate suggestions for achieving the desired results.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Interact with the senior management to understand updated organizational policies and new products.

• Identify practical challenges in a project to rectify the issues for final delivery.

• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.

• Communicate with customers via phone/email/walk-in.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services or product, pricing and availability.

• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

• Data entry & bookings in various platforms

Skills

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Must be willing to work as per the USA work shifts.
