Summary:
Achieve sales goals/targets, and objectives via execute the sales plan for the two main allocated fields: HORECA (Hotels & Hospitals, Restaurants and Cafes) and Industrial/ Manufacturers sector, according to the commercial policy of the company.
- Identify new opportunities and fulfill new customer’s necessities.
- Contact potential customers through meetings, calls and emails.
- Promote and sell FIROZ products & services with assessing customer-specific needs.
- Provide disguised study to the products of Firoz.
- Handle complains and proffessialy follow up.
- Actively develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with customers.
- Negotiate projects terms with customers and close deals.
- Keep sales manager informed by submitting activities and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis.
- Ensure optimum CRM by frequently feedback and fulfill the related reports.
- Communicate efficiently with other departments.
- Ensure the customers receive continuous and professional response.
- Make effective use of all marketing tools.
Have previous experience as key account manager is a must!Bachelor degree from a respectable university. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiation.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Committed to achieve the target.High command of English.Organized and details oriented.Possess a work ethics.Sufficient experience working in B2B model is a Must.Experience in the industry is preferable.Dynamic and active.
