Compensation Senior Specialist

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for developing, administering, and analyzing compensation programs that align with the organization's strategic goals, attract, and retain top talent, and promote internal conducting comprehensive market research, designing competitive salary structures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing expert advice and guidance to HR managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze compensation trends and establish competitive salary structures for various levels and positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with the organization's strategic goals, budget constraints, equity considerations, and overall talent management strategy.
  • Design and administer incentive programs, such as performance-based bonuses to reward top performers, drive employee engagement, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Supervise the administration of all compensation programs, including payroll, salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation practices as well as employment-related guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of compensation data to maintain the accuracy, integrity  of compensation records and ensure alignment with established policies and procedures.
  • Analyze compensation data, including salary structures, benefits packages, and incentive plans, to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, HR leaders, and business unit heads on compensation-related matters, including market benchmarking, salary equity studies, and compensation program effectiveness evaluations.
  • Participate in benchmarking studies to compare the organization's compensation practices to industry standards, competitors, and relevant market data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the organization's competitive position in the talent market.
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders on compensation-related matters, addressing questions, concerns, and potential compensation-related.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.6-8  years of experience in relevant field.Proficient with MS Office.Experience in compensation and benefits management, with in compensation program design, administration, and analysis.In-depth understanding of compensation principles, practices, legal requirements, and industry trends, including salary structures, benefits plans, incentive programs, and job evaluation methodologies (Hay-WTW-Mercer ).Strong proficiency in compensation analysis software and tools, such as compensation benchmarking platforms, salary survey data tools, and compensation reporting software.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex compensation information to a diverse audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compensation-related issues, conduct thorough investigations, and develop effective solutions.Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with HR colleagues, business leaders, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational compensation goals.
