- Monitoring progress of the project.
- Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
- Running operations of a building construction project & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Alexandria residency is a must.Minimum one year of Architectural experience or similar.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.Excellent technical drawing skills.Proficient in MS Office and programs such as AutoCAD and Revit.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced knowledge of building codes and regulationsExcellent creative and visualization skills.Attention to detail.
